Honey Mustard Dressing

  • ¼ cup neutral oil (like grape seed)
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp wholegrain mustard
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • ½ clove crushed garlic
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ground black pepper

Shake together in a jar. Store in the fridge. Good to make in bulk.
